These Terms & Conditions apply to all physical products sold by Chiltern Forge Ltd, including forged items, tools, accessories, and merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Product Information

• All items are handmade, and natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are expected.
• Sizes, weights, and dimensions are approximate.
• Product photos are for illustration only; each piece is unique.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
• Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Made-to-order items may have longer lead times, which will be stated on the product page.
• If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, redelivery costs may apply.

5. Click & Collect (if offered)

• Items must be collected within 5 days of notification.
• Proof of purchase may be required on collection.

6. Returns & Refunds

• You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue.

• By purchasing, you confirm you are legally permitted to own the item.

• Once shipped, the return policy applies.

• Gift items follow the same returns policy.
• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

• Chiltern Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
